Product Description

The Lotus futon is a high quality futon design with styling cues taken from The Orient. The sturdy American light oak hardwood oak frame is sourced from sustainable managed forests with the mattress supported on strong pine slats. We supply a high grade futon mattress made by our UK factory which offers excellent levels of comfort in both the bed and sofa position. Alternatively why not upgrade the mattress to the pocket sprung mattress offering even greater qualities of comfort.

The assembly of the frame is carried out in situ and you should allow around 1 hour for this.

As a result of the use of slim arms on this model, it is ideally suited in rooms requiring a double bed option but when space is limited.

Comments: Am really pleased with the sofabed which arrived on the coldest, wettest , windiest of days, delivered by a very cheerful driver. My daughter had great fun putting it together. My overnight guests said they had the best sleep ever. It is comfortable to sit on and we like the kingfisher cotton though not so fussed about the oyster chenille loose cover. Comments: Came well packaged and intact. Instructions not very clear re which is front and back of futon but eventually got there. Looks good in our bedroom. Lovely wood and the lipstick cotton fabric is very modern. Very pleased with the product and would buy from sofagallery again without hesitation.

Comments: Spent some time deciding which futon to go for but liked the dark wood of this model. Came flat packed for self assembly which took me around 45 minutes, pretty easy though. Really impressed with the thickness of the futon mattress. Will use again.
