The Tang sofa bed by Gainsborough offers a stylish modern guest bed solution. A sturdy frame, glued and screwed at the joints gives this model a robust feel. Manufactured in the UK using finest materials bu one of the leading sofa bed makers, Gainsborough of Wiltshire.

The mechansim is topped with a high grade 11cm deep luxury sprung mattress which can be upgraded to pocket sprung or memory foam for even greater comfort

The Tang can be supplied in 2.5 seater, compact 3 seater and large 3 seater sizes. A manufacturers guarantee covers the frame for 10 years and cushion interiors for 5 years. A top specification recommended for regular use as both a sofa and bed.

A further option of this model is to have the arms specified as bolt on type for an additional charge. If this option is selected the unit will be supplied with the arms and mechanism separate from the body and you will need to assemble the components yourself - this is not difficult and should take 2 people proficient in basic DIY around 60 minutes to complete.
