To convert to the bed position is simply a matter of pulling the hinged back down which takes just a coule of seconds.

Comments: Really pleased with it. Had to do a little bit of engineering to put it all together, but looks very nice in my spare room. Not slept on it yet but makes a comfy occasional settee, nice to curl up and read a book on! Would recommend for the price.
